The solution you proposed here is just one those solutions as you have already proposed I clearly state there that I have tried ALL OF THE SOLUTIONS proposed in this community thread. I have the unfortunate impression that you have not even read my question. You've helped create the connected world, please keep us connected. I am using a Microsoft product for a Microsoft account attached to Microsoft-run servers and I'm fed up with this. There is an excellent internet connection through which I can stream live video and Outlook reports that ALL folders are up-to-date, something which is patently untrue. Messages do not get sent and there is no AV scanner turned while I try to fix this. ![]() Regardless of the presence or absence of attachments, NOTHING works. I have tried EVERY option presented by the community - I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office, I have removed interfering add-ins, I have deleted and resent emails. Products are supposed to get better - not worse. I have been using Outlook for over 15 years and have never had so many problems. ![]() This annoys both me and the peole around me as we try to organise our lives andĬonverse. ![]() I have to log on to to send messages successfully. On roughly 2 days out of 7, messages get stuck in the Outbox and will not deliver. ![]()
